Liz OConnor
Coach Liz O'Connor is a graduate of Centennial High School, where she played Field Hockey, Basketball, and Lacrosse. She was Howard County Field Hockey Player of the Year, First team All-county in lacrosse and field hockey, and co-captain of all three sports her senior year.
She was awarded a full-athletic scholarship to attend Hofstra University to play both field hockey and lacrosse. Coach Liz was a four-year letter winner in both sports. She was a part of the eighteenth ranked Pride lacrosse team, selected to the America East All-Conference Team, repeated as an Academic All-American, and was co-captain of both field hockey and lacrosse her senior year.
She has been coaching field hockey, Sting basketball, and lacrosse for the past eight years in Howard County, where she lives with her husband Kevin and their three children: Rhian, James, and Cullen.
