Coaches
Coach Nails is a local from Howard County, he graduated from Glenelg High school in 2018 where he played lacrosse all four years. He is also an alum of HoCo lacrosse club and has been with the club program either coaching or playing for 12 years. He started playing lacrosse at the age of 7 and has had many amazing coaches stemming from all over Howard County. At Glenelg High School he was a 4-year varsity starter and was named captain his senior year. After high school Coach Nalls went on to pursue a degree in Biological Sciences, with an emphasis in cellular and molecular biology, as well as play collegiate lacrosse at Lindenwood University. While at Lindenwood Coach Nalls was able to start nearly in all of Lindenwood's games from his freshman to senior year and graduated in 2022 after winning the GLVC conference with this team and making it into the NCAA D2 tournament his final year. As he attended Lindenwood he was also a coach of a local club team for three years where he taught the basics of lacrosse to new lacrosse players. As well as coaching Coach Nalls is studying to be an Emergency Medical Technician and plans to begin Physician's Assistant school in the summer of 2023.
Coach Hasz is a native of Orangeville, Ontario, Canada. He started playing box lacrosse at the age of 4, eventually picking up the field game before high school. Coach Hasz was a member of Edge Lacrosse Canada club program and is a 2016 graduate of the Hill Academy where he had the privilege to play under head coach Brodie Merrill. In 2016 Coach Hasz was a member of the Hill Academy’s top-ranked prep team that finished their season undefeated. Coach Hasz went on to attend Lindenwood University, where he played college lacrosse and graduated with his MBA in 2021. Coach Hasz was also a recipient of Lindenwood’s strength and conditioning award, as well as the top graduating Finance major in 2020. Coach Hasz was previously the assistant coach for the HoCo 2021 team for 4 years.
Coach Iannarino is a 1994 graduate of Centennial High School. He played college lacrosse at Drexel University, where he was a four year starter from 1996-1999. Coach Innarino finished his collegiate lacrosse career with 90 goals and 32 assists. He currently plays lacrosse in the Maryland Masters League. Jeff lives in Howard County, MD with his wife Shauna and their five sons.
Bill grew up in Howard County and has coached 30+ youth teams for the same programs in which he played as a kid - including Cobra, HCYP, Howard County football, and many others. This year will be his 6th season as a coaching with HCLP, and he has been successful with Cobra travel teams and the HoCo 2024 Club team. Bill has completed Level 1 & 2 coaching certification classes with U.S. Lacrosse. In addition to stressing good fundamental lacrosse, Coach Bill is especially dedicated to his players having fun while learning the great life lessons that youth sports teach. He is the proud Dad of two sons in the HoCo program.
